Chocolate Espresso Cookies with Andes Mint
Made these cookies the other day for my sister’s birthday party. They were deeeelicious!
Makes about 20-24 cookies

and put them in a bowl and mixed them up like scrambled eggs, sans milk. Then I took

And I stirred it in with the eggs and I poured the eggs over the bread pieces in my cup and microwaved the cup for around a minute’s time.
